Our team comes directly to your home or facility, providing expert wound care without the need for travel to a clinic or hospital.
What can I expect during a visit?
One of our Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Wound Specialists will assess your wound and develop a customized care plan tailored to your healing needs.
What information do I need to book an appointment?
Our team will need your basic contact information, date of birth, your address, your Medicare ID number, and a picture of your insurance card. Our team can guide you through this entire process over the phone. All information is kept private and compliant to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules as well as the HITRUST Common Security Framework.
How many visits will I need?
The frequency of visits depends on your specific wound and healing progress. We'll create a schedule that meets your needs to heal your wounds as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
What type of insurance do you accept?
We are Medicare Part B provider only. Contact us to assess your coverage options.
What's the difference between Medicare & Medicare Advantage plans?
Medicare is a federal health insurance program that offers coverage directly through the government, while Medicare Advantage plans are private insurance plans that provide similar benefits to Medicare but do not cover advanced wound care services.

We work closely with your team to ensure seamless coordination, compliance, and high-quality care for patients. Additionally, we offer best-in-class reporting for our facility partners with guidance on wound progression, healing time, overall outcomes, and coordination for regular dressing changes.
Can you handle large, complex, or hard-to-heal wounds?
Our providers have years of experience dealing with complex chronic wounds of all shapes and sizes, it is likely our team will be capable of developing an appropriate care plan for your facility's patients.
Do you offer education or training for facility staff?
